About Spark Squad Chiswick

A family run cleaning firm working across Chiswick and W4 since 2014

How we got here

We started with regular house cleaning on a handful of streets around Bedford Park and picked up end of tenancy work because customers kept asking whether we did it. Twelve years later that is most of the diary, and the rest is weekly cleaning for people who moved into the flats we cleaned on the way out.

2014

Started as a family business in Chiswick, doing regular domestic cleaning in W4

2016

Took on end of tenancy work after too many customers asked for it

2018

Bought the first dip tank, so oven racks and door glass could be soaked properly on site

2020

Switched to low odour products across every service, mainly because of period paintwork

2024

Ten years in Chiswick, eight cleaners, still no subcontractors

What makes us different here

We know W4 housing

Conservation area sashes in Bedford Park, galley kitchens above the High Road, four bed family houses south of the A4. Each one fails an inspection differently and we plan for that.

Small and family run

Eight cleaners who work for us directly. You get the same faces, and the person who quoted the job is the person you ring if something is wrong.

48 hours to call us back

Every end of tenancy booking carries a free return inside 48 hours. It is in the price, not sold as an extra.

How we work

Fixed prices

End of tenancy cleaning runs from £156 for a studio to £425 for a four bed, with the oven included. Carpets are £36 a room and ovens on their own are £77. See the price page for the rest.

Right product, right surface

Caustic in the oven, acid gel on limescale, neutral detergent on old paintwork. Thames Water runs about 300 ppm here, so descaling is half the job in a Chiswick bathroom.

Honest limits

Outside windows above ground level, communal stairwells, pest work and rubbish clearance are not ours. We say so at the quote rather than on the day.

The team

Eight trained cleaners, all employed by us, all working to the same checklist. Nobody is subcontracted and nobody is sent to a property they have not been briefed on.

Vetted before they start

References checked, insurance in place, and a supervised period on real jobs before anyone works alone.

Trained on the awkward parts

Sash boxes, tank soaking, hot water extraction and descaling old chrome without stripping it. The easy parts look after themselves.

Local rounds

We work a tight patch, from Barnes and Mortlake across to Acton W3, which is why we can hold a same week slot more often than a national firm can.
