Cleaning Prices in Chiswick W4

Every figure we charge, on one page, with the things that change a price set out plainly

End of tenancy cleaning prices

Property size Price Crew and typical time
Studio flat £156 2 cleaners, 3 to 4 hours
One bedroom property £207 2 cleaners, 4 to 5 hours
Two bedroom property £243 2 cleaners, 5 to 6 hours
Three bedroom property £339 2 cleaners, 6 to 7 hours
Four bedroom property £425 3 cleaners, most of a day

* The oven is included at every size. Prices assume the property is empty and in average condition. A flat still full of furniture, or one that has been let for six years without a proper clean, is quoted after we have seen photographs or been round, and we will tell you the figure before anyone starts. Nothing here is a discount and nothing changes on the day without your agreement. Read what the clean covers on the end of tenancy page.

What changes a price

Four things, and none of them appear after the job. Condition comes first, because a flat that has not been cleaned properly in years takes longer than the same flat in normal order, and we would rather quote that honestly from photographs than argue about it at six in the evening. Access matters too, and it is why an address on the towpath at Strand on the Green, where the machines are carried in from Thames Road, is planned differently from a ground floor flat with a parking space.

Then there are add-ons. Carpets and any appliance beyond the oven sit outside the end of tenancy price and get their own line on the invoice. Last, timing: a same day booking depends on who is free, and the last Friday of the month is the busiest day in this business by a distance.

Everything here is a fixed price rather than an estimate, and none of it is presented as a discount off something else. If we quote £243 for a two bed in Mortlake, that is the figure on the invoice.
